We assist families, businesses, and organizations professionally manage one their most expensive assets, their properties. We apply modern technology, science, and refine expertise to serve our clients. Since our launch in March of 2022, we have served more than 50 clients with 25 recurring clients. We approach serving our clients from both a property management advisory perspective and service implementation, including maintenance and handyman services.
While serving as Director of Operations of a $6 million non-profit for the last five years and his role as HVAC/R technician, Carl Winn passionately grew to love administration, especially, managing assets entrusted to us by God. The responsibility of overseeing both residential and commercial properties impressed on Carl the importance of taking these services to a broader audience. He approached his work with this mindset, we exist to provide dedicated support to our clients by helping them steward well the resources God has entrusted to them.
Carl WINN is a native Houstian but raised in Navasota, Texas. He jokes that he’s a country boy trapped in the city. He has the ability to white and blue collar professional. He knows how to function in the office and doesn’t care about getting dirty in the field.
Carl has been married for almost 12 years to his wife, Krystal WINN. They have 5 beautiful children, who you can see working with Team WINN. He is a faithful member of his local church, Nehemiah Community Church located on TSU campus, where he serves the body of Christ.
Carl is unapologetic about faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. He expresses his faith by his work, whether in business or family life. His faith motivates him to serve with the utmost integrity, pursuing excellence and owning his mistakes.

New homes, new apartments, new storefronts, and new commercial properties are being built in our service area. We are looking to grow exponentially this next year, 2023. We will be adding new services, new processes, and new professional technicians to Team WINN. Our mission is to change the way the world views property management and as the old adage says love starts at home, well we are going to start at home, right here in Houston. Our goal is to change the way Houston views property management.
One of the things we have learned is capacity must be increased to manage growth. Houston is growing by leaps and bounds. People are migrating here from all over the country and world. At Team WINN, we are positioning ourselves to help our city, our surrounding communities, our neighbors, our friends, our families, steward well the resources that have been entrusted to them through property management.
